Returns & Refunds Policy
Because every copy of our book is printed individually on demand at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Books
We take quality seriously. If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rolloutbook.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect, including the packaging if the damage occurred in transit
We will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement copy to be printed and sent to you, or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived and your tracking information shows no movement, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and make it right.
Please note that we are not able to be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or by customs holds on international orders.
